- Responsible for growth and retention of Chitika’s publisher network. - Built and managed a team of 6 people: Account Managers (3), Customer Service (1), Sales Engineers (2) - Grew Chitika's Premium Publisher Program to account for ~70% of overall Chitika revenue, with highest retention rate of all company initiatives. - Managed full product change and marketing around ad demand partners - Created, managed, and moderated “Chitika Sphere”, a forum for Chitika publishers

- Responsible for retaining and growing Chitika’s top publisher accounts. - Developed, launched, and marketed Chitika’s "Premium Publishers" Program. - Lead all outreach and marketing for network-wide adoption of Chitika’s newest ad unit (the “RPU”), increasing company revenue by 150% and pushing the RPU to become Chitika’s most successful product to date.

- Managed and oversaw 2 new-construction condominium communities consisting of 84 homes- Negotiated deals with homebuyers while maintaining the financial goals of developers- Planned and hosted medium-scale events resulting in over 100 new sales prospects- Developed relations with various contracting and design companies to provide optional finishes and features custom-tailored to individual homebuyers
