I am the mixing assistant to Miles Walker. MixedByMiles (MBM) My responsibilities are as followed: Session Set Up - I receive sessions, or audio files from clients. Here I organize them into a Pro Tools session where I organize the tracks, sum audio together, and format the session to specifically cater Miles. I also reference the Ruff mix and make sure I have all files and that there are no discrepancies. If any, I am direct contact to producers, A&R or the artist themselves to fix any problems that might occur. Vocal Processing - I take methods taught to me so that I can pre-process any vocals in the session. This way there are at the stage where Miles can have full creative control over them as well as the mix itself. Printing - The final step in the mix process where the final mix that has been approved to be mastered is printed. This will be sent to the Mastering engineer, as well as specific deliverables such as instrumental, A cappella, TV track, and more. Overall I cut out technicalities of the mix process to allow Miles to have full creative control over every song that he is mixing.

(Dunkin` Donut Franchise) Here I was assigned the tasks of demographic and location research for new facility locations within the Youngstown Ohio area. Once completed, I presented my findings via graphic analysis and excel reports to the CEO of Spice Mill Inc.
