With a career that spans over a decade, I have built a diverse skill set, ranging from incident and problem management to designing and deploying secure, high-performance networks for government and defense sectors.In my current role, I am assisting in the design and deployment of Next Generation Gateways (NGGs) to enhance network security and optimize performance for Air Force data centers. I also lead efforts to modernize and upgrade network infrastructure within Air Force Component Enterprise Data Centers, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with defense security standards. Additionally, I create and deliver Dell VxRail HCI and PowerSwitch training programs for systems administrators and engineers, focusing on best practices in configuration, operations, and maintenance.Throughout my career, I’ve held key roles in problem management, leading root cause analysis and ensuring prompt resolution of major incidents. My experience as a Service Desk Manager equipped me with deep knowledge in network monitoring, utilizing tools like SolarWinds and Netcool to proactively identify and resolve network issues. I’ve also been responsible for server administration, security protocols, and policy development while supporting IT operations at Engineered Structures, Inc.
