MPS Medical was purchased by Innova Medical Group on December 31st, 2020. Innova Medical Group, Inc., is the world’s largest manufacturer of rapid antigen test kits and leader in COVID-19 testing solutions. Innova Medical plans to ramp up U.S. production to over 4 million SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Qualitative Tests per day. MPS Medical, Inc. designs, develops and manufactures a comprehensive line of specialty I.V. therapy sets, specialty line extensions and accessories for infusion therapy, and pharmacy I.V. admix products for the hospital and home care markets. MPS Medical will continue offering most of its current product lines.

Product and Sales manager for a portfolio of over 300 products for different infusion therapy and compounding pharmacy applications. Responsibilities included:-Continuous learning of the product line and their applications-Monitoring changing industry trends-New product development. Identification of new opportunities.-Complete sales cycle management through direct sales, distribution channels, and field rep efforts-Development of marketing materials and driving marketing efforts-Product trainingMajor accomplishments included:- Set-up of new compounding pharmacy product lines- Addition of four private label brands to MPS's OEM portfolio- Lead the deployment a Sales Analytics system that visualized 6 years of sales data from our direct channels and distribution base to apply forward thinking business decisions - Lead efforts for the first iterations of the MPS Medical website- Lead efforts of MPS's CRM integrated 'case management' system to improve customer satisfaction and bridge gaps between customer service & sales group

Fulfilled various functions in the sales, planning, QA/QE rolls of day to day operations in a 'start-up' type environment. Major accomplishments included:- Assisted with set-up and implementation of full product line transfer from previous manufacturer. - Lead full set-up and implementation of ERP manufacturing system to include accurate BOMs, Manufacturing Procedures, and scheduling system- Overall reduction of 20% of direct labor through lean manufacturing efforts- Full set-up and implementation of Customer Relations Management (CRM) system from scratch

Assist start-up medical device companies to begin production of medical devices at various stages of development and ensure all processes are in compliance with current quality system standards. Projects included:- Sterilization Validations- Package Testing- Manufacturing Projects and Commercial Level Production Development- Packaging Development & Design- Product Labeling- Material Sourcing

Assist multiple departments with all quality issues including but not limited to non-conformance reporting, corrective and preventive action and customer complaints.
