At Andra I've been assisting in designing a strategy for taking their hardware/software based product from prototype phase to market ready phase. The objective is to design and implement a process so when the prototype phase is complete the product will be able to go directly to market. It is a new challenge in my career and I am excited to leverage my skills and experience along with this great opportunity.

At sageCrowd I worked to realize my vision of a platform that used "the wisdom of the crowd" to evaluate the resonance and efficacy of content in real time. This approach puts measurement at the center of the content design and introduces a new way to approach content development that is learning objective based. I am now continuing that effort independently as sageCrowd moves in a different direction under its current leadership.

At TrainOne I acted in the capacity of learning platform architect. I designed the architecture of learning platforms for deployment to individuals and large organizations and trained team members to use the templates and authoring tools I created to deploy learning experiences and gather metrics. We ran programs for deployment to groups of employees ranging from a few dozen to hundreds, to thousands, and eventually tens of thousands at Ferguson Enterprises in an ASTD award winning multi-year program. As of 2013 the system continues to function in the capacity of training experience deployment with little if any maintenance required.

At Trainingscape I started my career as a platform architect. At the time, a fully integrated, web based and consistent proprietary learning experience had not yet been created, and I was able to work with some of the most advanced minds in online training, such as Lee Klepinger, former CLO of Apple, to explore the area. Most online training was at this time deployed in the form of inconsistently designed content that was largely independent of its deployment platform, making data collection and metrics difficult if not impossible to collect and study in any meaningful way. Trainingscape was, to my knowledge, the first learning management system to incorporate a consistent user experience with measurement that tracked pre and post assessment for alignment. Consistency of content UI meant the content itself could become fairly scalable, and I was able to make use of a templated approach with a team of 50 animators and Hollywood based film professionals and celebrities to make memorable and effective learning experiences. I was also able to work with a wide range of authors at Trainingscape such as Dr. Paul Hersey's Situational Leadership to Harold Taylor's Time Management, Susan Webb's "Sexual Harassment in the Workplace" and Dr. Bob Nelson's "Rewarding and Recognizing employees"
