Division cited as 1st in Engineering Department (of 5) during annual reactor safety inspection.-Chosen over more experienced officers to lead teams of up to 20 sailors during $9M of high-risk engineering evolutions, including numerous reactor compartment entries, a reactor plant cool-down, and an off-hull radioactive liquid waste transfer.-Selected as USS Buffalo's 2010 Junior Officer of the Year (of 15).-Certified Navy Nuclear Engineer (Professional Engineer / PE equivalent) by Department of Naval Reactors.
