I’m a national award-winning, dedicated mechanical engineer with experience in aerospace and motorsport industries. I am proficient in SolidWorks, Inventor, Siemens NX and ANSYS programs as well as have practical experience in metal fabrication, and working on internal combustion and gas turbine enginesI am self-motivated, eager to learn and have been proven to demonstrate exceptional teamwork skills and lateral thinking in pressure situations and fast-paced environments. My teamwork skills (both as a team leader and a team player) have been crafted through numerous team challenges, events and workplaces such as the GovHack Hackathon challenge (where my team won a national award), working in a Formula 3 team on race weekends, volunteering for my local motorsports club committee to set up and run grassroots racing events, working on fast-paced building sites, university group projects (with multiple High Distinction results) and junior rugby league (2007-2015).
