Provide end user support to clients submitting various service requests for maintenance,repairs, upgrades and changes to their residential and commercial burglary, fire and videosurveillance systems. Manage a staff of up to ten service technicians, including contractors, withregard to scheduling, routing, time management and customer support direction. Processfinal billing for completed service requests while ensuring accuracy of amounts and line itemdescriptions. Provide quotes and process newly entered sales orders for upgrades and newinstallation.

Provide logistical support to over 30 branch locations and two data centers. Vendor management for all technical services. Inventory control from purchase to delivery/deployment to decommission. After-hours on-call rotation.My role as technical administrator included working directly with vendors for all billing, change request, and implementation orders. This included processing of Caller ID and phone number port requests. All actions were logged in a ticketing system or project management tool (SmartSheets). Vendors were contacted daily for updates if status updates were not supplied. The main goal was to ensure all services were delivered as requested, on time, and within budget.Project manager for all new location turn-ups and remodels. This included overseeing the logistics and delivery of materials and services. Unique equipment was required for each project. Ensuring the right equipment arrived when appropriate, and ensuring on-site technicians had access to it when needed was a high priority. In addition to hardware/ software, vendor services were a large part of each new location turn-up. Many hours were spent negotiating pricing with vendors and ensuring implementation dates matched our timeline perfectly.As part of a technical team, I also assisted with general technical support in a help desk environment and monitored an extensive network of internet and IPVPN circuits. Trouble tickets were generated via our ticketing system for each issue (Dell KACE). Circuit vendors were contacted when services were down or not meeting acceptable QoS levels.

Responsible for day to day business operations. Coordinated special events for clients of all types, primarily focusing on weddings and receptions. Issued stock and maintained all inventory including lighting, sound equipment, and event specific décor. Scheduled and assisted with production light maintenance activities to repair damaged equipment.

Involved in most accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures including customer invoicing, payment processing, payables entry, and all verification and final processing procedures.Worked closely with all vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Provided tracking, tracing, and expediting information to customers. Input, proof, and process new sales orders and linked purchase orders. Enforce facility security by ensuring that all buildings on a property are locked and armed each evening. Maintain stock of various office supplies for daily use. Solve minor IT issues and fully maintain a 10-line digital phone system.
