My career has focused on working with wildlife, the conservation of natural habitats, environmental advocacy and outdoor education. My personal experiences in education and my professional experiences in the field of wildlife science have provided me with a strong knowledge base of environmental issues and assisted me in learning how to convey these issues to a larger and inexperienced audience.I have earned a Bachelor's Degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science (as well as a minor in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management) from Penn State University. With these qualifications, I have developed a strong background in communication, leadership, and public speaking, along with many years of experience working in the field. I hope to continuously apply these skills at a practical level.
