General crime prevention and investigation of crime. After working at our local station where I attended to complaints of crime and conducted initial on scene investigations, I was seconded to Durban South Dog.

101 Air Supply Unit Tec Base Verwoerdburg

After matriculating I completed my National Service which was compulsory at the SANDF. I completed basic training in Kimberly and then enrolled at Junior Leader Training at KD Skool in Cape Town. I was nominated as an NCO and successfully completed the course and commissioned as a Corporal by General Kat Liebenberg on the KD Skool Parade Ground, which was an incredible honour and was transferred to 101 Air Supply Unit where I completed my National Service.At 101 Air Supply I received Air Supply training and completed Air Basic Supply training course. Then continued further advanced training and qualifying as the youngest Air Supply Instructor in the history of the SANDF at the age of 19 a distinction of which I am proud. Despite the usual military training hardships I enjoyed serving my National Service and received my service medal proudly.
