Equipment Finance Program Manager - Lbx Capital
Current▪ LBX Capital is in pilot test phase as LBX Company’s new private label captive finance program designed to compete with other manufacturer owed and originated finance organizations. Responsible for the inception, overall growth, development and promotion of this private label during the pilot test phase of the program. I am the central contact internally and externally in the initial launch of the program and work in a consultative and direct fashion with the Senior Leadership Team at LBX, Sales, Treasury/Finance, dealers, and customers to build the program by developing processes and procedures for short term while working on long-term programmatic setup allowing for scaled growth once test phase is complete. Working with dealer and sales staff to structure and drive transactions through credit and documentation. Worked to develop board reporting tools and presentation to monitor progress through the test phase.
