During my time there, I streamlined operations by reducing manual record-locating time by 40% and successfully filed 130 local income tax returns within two weeks, helping the team exceed deadlines.Beyond academics and internships, I’m the co-founder and owner of Non-Stop Entertainment, a full-service entertainment company specializing in event production. Since 2018, we’ve served over 340 events, delivering top-notch DJs, MCs, sound and lighting services. Under my leadership, Non-Stop has grown a team of nine members and achieved a 30% year-over-year revenue increase with 89% profit margins.
