Subsequently, I spent eight years honing my leadership and management skills as a store manager in the video retail industry.Intrigued by the transformative power of advertising and data, I made a pivotal career shift into the field. Starting as a salesperson, I soon realized my calling lay in data and analytics. This marked the beginning of a fulfilling journey that has taken me to exciting places.Driven by my desire to deepen my knowledge, I returned to my alma mater, the University of Iowa, to earn a Master's in Business Analytics (MSBA) in 2022. This academic pursuit further fortified my analytical acumen and strategic thinking, equipping me with the tools to thrive in the ever-evolving data landscape.Today, I excel in leading teams and managing complex projects in data management.
