For Aon I worked within a specialist placement broking team based in Manchester, focusing on client solutions for Construction Single Project business located in the UK. Individually made credit hire savings in excess of £100k within a 12 month period between January 2016 - December 2016. This figure continues to rise on a weekly basis. This was part of a strategy to reduce indemnity spend between ourselves and one of our most aggressive firms of opposing lawyers, which I have total freedom to manage.Worked alongside senior technical leaders to implement a specific area of fraud strategy and set targets for 2017.Led a specific fraud strategy for my team and monitored individual and collective savings. I also provide updates/reports for senior technical leaders within my office.Presented to our Director with updates and key statistics for my division, showing continuous improvement/savings throughout 2016 when compared with 2015. Attended broker meetings with our business consultants.Worked alongside underwriters to provide case updates for commercial client renewals.

Headed a National Handler Focus Group, collating information for the Executives and site leads on current procedures and processes within our department and finding improvements based on the information gathered. Successfully made savings in excess of £100,000 within insurance fraud within a 6 month period following thorough investigations. Tasks included researching financial markets and gaining information internally from The Investment Research Team to produce research and marketing materials for the company’s Financial Advisers for their clients. Areas of knowledge covered included investment strategies, keeping ahead of inflation, when to enter and exit markets, diversified portfolios and global investing.
