After spending a little over a year gaining invaluable experience at Tindall Corporation and spending a year with a small consulting firm, Royal Engineering, I gained a lot of experience in commercial consulting structural engineering at Fuller Group, Inc. as well as my PE license. Now at RealtyLink I look forward to what I can offer and what I can do with the great team at RealtyLink.My background in architectural engineering and environmental engineering I believe allows me to bridge more gaps between client, designer, and engineer. My architectural education, in particular, has enabled me to be more creative with my designs to find a way to provide exactly what the client needs, even if it has never been done before. Personally, the interaction between myself and the client is something that will always be important to me; not only to produce the best possible product but to ensure a lasting relationship is built between the company and the clients we interact with. I will always love working with others and collaborating on ideas to discover the best possible solution. I believe that the cooperation of owner, architect, and engineer will always yield a product that can be economical, beautiful, and practical.

This was achieved by online research and contact with the local authorities.~ Representative Projects~ Dollar General - design foundations to support the provided loading reactions from a pre-engineered metal building manufacturer.~ Greenville Humane Society addition - designed steel roof joists and girders, columns and base plates as well as reinforced CMU exterior and interior walls supporting the joists and girders above. Slab design as well as external wooden awnings.~ Downtown Retrofit - I designed a replacement for a collapsed roof with pre-engineered wood trusses, redesigned and replaced the majority of wooden columns in a way that held the historical markings of the building. I also designed a concrete over wood joist trash storage room for heavy dead loads. -
