Represents the interests of domestic and international insurance companies in miscellaneous professional liability claims, cyber liability claims, employment practices liability claims, and management liability insurance. As coverage counsel, I have undertaken and overseen coverage investigations, including analyses of insurance related issues. In addition, I have strategized with insured’s representatives, brokers, consultants, and legal counsel to evaluate liability and damages aimed toward reaching claim resolution. Moreover, I have assisted and/or supported underwriters in drafting policy wordings and endorsements.
