Full Stack Paid Marketing Manager
CurrentI lead the implementation, optimization and management of paid marketing strategies for StikkyMedia’s clients. Duties include: ➔ Examine correlations between revenue, budget and improved Return on Investment.➔ Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs.➔ Monitor client-specific dashboards (e.g. Looker, Google Analytics and Business Manager).➔ Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message.➔ Collaborate with clients and other agency partners.➔ Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, includingupdates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.➔ Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation.➔ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.➔ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.➔ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiplechannels and customer touchpoints.➔ Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.➔ Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption.
