As an Area Director for Young Life, I have built out and developed three distinct areas. This entails managing the day-to-day operations including administration, fundraising, communications, and financials. My job involves leading over 220 paid staff and volunteers into strong communities. Serving as a “player-coach” I lead and model all the programs including facilitating over 1,000 meetings and leading weekly worship meetings and retreats. I am pleased to share that on my watch, all three areas have grown and thrive today to sustainability. » Introduced and grew brand to the community using a multi-tiered marketing approach including meeting with community leaders and speaking at numerous community events; drove ministry growth and donor contributions across the area» Created and implemented various youth programs including the WyldLife program for Middle School kids and the Midnight Hoops Basketball Program from 11pm-1am providing a safe and enjoyable place for youth to fellowship.
