I work closely with key business decision makers advising them on how Microsoft can enable digital transformation ensure the customer remains at the forefront of both technology and innovation. My role involves sharing my detailed knowledge of the Microsoft Platform, whist maintaining a clear understanding of my customer's information systems and their technology challenges. Through the successful deployment of Microsoft Software and Services I ensure they reach their Tactical and Strategic goals.

During the 12 months appointment I led the transformation of the club to a limited company, organised and hired a board of Directors and restructured how the organisation works. Additionally I refurbished the club to a modern, light and welcoming environment.

Responsible for the delivery and management of multiple engagements across a variety of customer accounts across the Public Sector. I grow these accounts with Microsoft through strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and effective Service Delivery Management

Providing leadership and management to IT infrastructure department responsible for the security, maintenance and development of the IT infrastructure, which incorporates responsibility for all the media layers in the OSI network layer model, within an ITIL environment. Additionally a programme manager for numerous IT projects many of which will change organisation-working practices. • Ensure that accreditation procedures are follow for remote sites to connect to the secure network via various satellite bearers. • Daily management of the Network Operation Centre, including leading level 3 fault finding issues and monitoring of a secure Cisco world-wide network.• Liaising with commercial organisations to procure new monitoring tools for the Network Operating Centre.• Project Manager for all new IT capabilities. Risk manager for the organisation.• Responsible for the continual improvement of the IT infrastructure, the security of the Data Centre and writing ITSCM policy for the organisation.

Full-Time student at the Defence Academy, undertaking post-graduate level course of academic and vocational study held over 30 weeks to prepare both Army and Royal Marine Majors for subsequent Command and Staff appointments up to and including the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

 The course covers a significant depth of professional knowledge, seeking to enhance the core skills of analysis, communication, strategy formulation and leadership whilst developing a deeper understanding of the Management of Defence and the wider capabilities it offers.

A high paced, intense training course for newly commissioned officers from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in leadership, career management, organisational procedures and policies and government auditing. • Formulated and structured the course, which included delivering lectures.• Supervised lectures to ensure they were conducted correctly and in line with policy direction.• Identify those who needed additional development, coaching or mentoring and used accredited techniques to help improve their performance, motivation and overall success.• Brief the Army’s Director of Army Personnel on individuals’ progress and changes to the course.
