- Responsible for identifying mechanical system issues and providing solutions in order to properly preserve the client's mechanical system and investment.- Extensive knowledge of boiler systems, cooling towers, evaporative condensers, chilled loop systems, hot water heaters, geothermal systems, reverse osmosis systems, and softeners.- Responsible for growing and maintaining current commercial and industrial accounts as well as identifying opportunities to partner and grow with clients outside of current accounts.- Handles inventory management responsibilities to ensure the proper amount of inventory is on hand for all technicians from and day to day and season to season basis.- Performs commercial and industrial equipment installations that include but are not limited to softeners, chemical feed pumps, water meters, etc.- Conducts chemical tests, dependent on test system, that include but are not limited to pH, Alkalinity, TDS, Hardness, Chlorine, Sulfite, Nitrite, etc.- Conducts chlorine sterilizations on existing mechanical systems as well as new construction mechanical systems.
