As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, I was responsible for ensuring all of out Guest had a pleasant visit. This would happen by being ready to take their order, listen to ensure for order accuracy, and promptly preparing it and presenting it. Outside of the Guest experience, I would ensure my workstation was cleaned and fully stocked, with fresh coffee and tea ready to serve. Outside of peak hours, I would be responsible for the general cleaning of the store such as, cleaning the public restrooms, wiping down tables and chair, cleaning glass and changing the waste bins. Throughout the shift, I would also complete our Temperature and Cleaning Logs.

As a Baker, I was responsible for ensuring all of our food met the Tim Hortons standards for quality and freshness. Some examples for quality would include, ensuring all of our donuts were smooth and shiny if they required fondant, that none of our breakfast or lunch options were overcooked and appeared dried and old. During my shift, I would complete my Production Sheets, ensuring all of our food met the required standards. I would clean the kitchen to ensure all food surfaces were sterilized, that the ovens and stove tops were clean, along with making sure there were no signs of pest.
