I led significant components of and/or sourced the company's expansion efforts into Arizona, New York, and Ohio, including health system partner selection/sourcing, value based partnerships/contracts with the health systems, network design/execution, regulatory processes, health plan benefit design, and other operational processes.

Clover Health is a health insurance company that uses sophisticated analytics and custom software to direct clinical staff to proactively fill in gaps in care. I led the strategic finance from Series A through Series C, and helped source and/or execute more than $200M worth of funding, including debt, reinsurance relationships, and M&A. I also focused on operational financial aspects including vendor management, negotiating terms with key vendors, FP&A (budget), cash management, acquisitions, and audit.

CarePoint Health is a hospital system based in New Jersey, combining three area hospitals with a medical group and various other components of healthcare delivery. Worked on the strategy team focused on payer strategies/analysis, ambulatory strategy and partnerships (e.g. ASC, urgent care, etc.) and helped evaluate and partner with technology platforms focused on growth and cost optimization.

Helped launch Healthcare IT at the fund, and participated in sourcing, diligencing, and/or executing nearly firm's Healthcare IT portfolio.
