Managing the Space Scheduling Technical Support Team. This team consisted of 4 UK based members and 1 US based member. Some of the many clients include Deloitte UK, Deutsche Bank, MC Saatchi, Osborne Clarke, FCA, The Crown Estate, General Medical Council, Royal Bank of Canada.Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for the daily operation/function of the support team and its members.• Working closely with all other internal departments such as Engineering, Cloud Operations, Project Management and Technical Services to ensure peak service performance and client satisfaction.• Maintaining the contracted SLA agreements for all clients who are using the bespoke software.• Generating monthly usage reports for clients and reporting on internal statistics on support team performance.• Attending weekly client review calls to discuss outstanding issues.• First point of contact for any client escalations. Subsequent attendance on client calls if required.• Taking a lead role in all client software upgrades. Includes initial investigation into software/hardware requirements all the way through the many internal upgrade processes and management of client expectations.• Responsible for quarterly reviews of all support team members.

Promoted to a newly created role as the Key Client Lead Contact for Thomas Cook Travel Ltd.Key Responsibilities:• First point of contact for all technical support issues faced by one of the world’s biggest travel organizations.• Responsible for the daily performance of all Thomas Cook websites c.15.• Maintaining the strict SLA agreements as agreed with Thomas Cook.• Maintaining the performance of all integrated supplier’s c.50 setup for use via the various Thomas Cook platforms.• Evaluating and prioritizing accordingly all Thomas Cook development work with the relevant internal departments.• Attending weekly telephone-based service reviews with several members of Thomas Cook Technical Support/Management. Also, on-site visits where required.• Liaising with Thomas Cook Application Support and Testing teams during code release processes.• Training internal staff on new functionality relating to the Thomas Cook service and its uses.
