As Senior Project Manager, provide technical and programmatic assistance to multiple DHS S&T Program Managers. Actively assists the DHS PMs with technical decisions and review of technical research reports, prepares all funding documents for their investment portfolios, develops strategic plans and aides in deployment and design activities for a broad range of inter-disciplinary programs. On behalf of the Defense Forensics and Biometrics Agency client, served as the Programs Division Standards task lead. As a globally recognized Biometric Subject Matter Expert (SME), directly advise DoD senior level governmental leadership on critical topics related to Biometrics in order to make informed strategic decisions; more specifically in the areas of Standards, Architecture, and Requirements.

Support the vital standards development process on both national and international front, participating in, contributing to, and leading efforts to adopt biometric related standards at the SC-37 and M1 levels.Participate in the BSWG as a non-voting member, Subject Matter Expert (SME). Assist the DoD in their mission to develop biometric standards at the national and international levels, and help build consensus on standards development, evaluation, adoption, and implementation issues.Participate in the BCG as a non-voting member, Subject Matter Expert (SME). Assist in the coordination of biometrics technology policy, standards, and RDT&E requirements on the national and international levels.
