Oversees a team of analysts responsible for the coordination, training and implementation of the clinical applications. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that applications are well supported and that implementations are properly executed to meet organizational standards. The Lead must posses a thorough understanding of medical terminology, technology and clinical workflows. As an assigned application and department liaison, this position will be responsible for coordinating training, troubleshooting, configuration and error resolution for new and existing applications. This position involves working closely with end-users and ITS management staff to manage the development and implementation of new features and functions. Partner with their assigned departments and helps to identify user requirements, utilize available technologies, develop detailed interface and conversion specifications and recommend software solution options. For large scale projects, this role will take the lead in the development and implementation of new features or enhancements. Projects are likely to include; identifying user requirements, developing detailed interfaces, planning for system conversions and recommending software solution options. For other projects, this role will provide oversight and project management to a team of analysts

Responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies for Epic implementation, build and post go-live support. During the implementation phase I was selected to be the Release Manager, and PM the SU installs and downtime efforts. This role requires coordinating Client and Server patches and upgrades as well as integrated testing. As the admin in HIM (Deficiency Tracking & ROI) and Bed Time, I was responsible for Medical Records Department and Bed Control. During implementation I lead many initiatives, to include create the Facility Structure for BMC, Integration/Interface for MRT testing, Chart tracking, Document type mapping, Scanning/Transcription integration, Provider (SER/EMP), and Security template build. During the implementation we will proactively identifying opportunities to apply technologies to business processes by informing and advising on information system technologies' functionality, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements. As the Sr. Applications Analyst, I function as technical liaison and work with various clinical counter parts. I develop and maintain credibility and effective working relations with both management and IT personnel. While demonstrating an understanding the business problems, as well as IT strategies, issues, and priorities.
