I have over 20 years of experience working for nonprofit organizations. I thrive when I'm leading, coaching, and mentoring staff and volunteers in mission-driven work. As Director of Development for the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, I lead staff to increase involvement and donations from collaborators and stakeholders. The Regional Food Bank serves our neighbors in 53 counties and leads a network that provides nutritious food and pathways to self-sufficiency for people facing hunger.I am inspired every day by the team at the Regional Food Bank. They fight hunger with a spirit of heart, stewardship, empowerment, and collaboration. I am blessed to work to support this mission.My prior role was as Director of Development for the Boy Scouts of America in central and southwest Oklahoma serving over 12,000 youth members, 4,500 volunteers, six camp properties and two offices. Responsible for total annual revenue of over $2 million. Strengths include recruitment and mentoring of board members and volunteers, selection and leadership of camp staff at multiple locations, significant increases in gross and net revenue, long-term development and guidance of volunteers to serve in strategic roles, consistent achievement of increases in camp attendance, facility design and construction, leadership of support staff and maintenance staff, and formation of strategic partnerships in the community.A defining strength is developing strong relationships with large and diverse groups and leading them to perform at exceptional levels. I enjoy meeting new friends, deepening relationships, and making a positive difference in our world.
