Managed the global Digital Finance Operating Model Program, which included the creation of a new legal entity, deployment of an ERP solution & establishing a support team:- Published the global finance guide for digital offers containing, cost & revenue recognition guidelines, financial reporting rules, payment methodologies per reoccurring business type and Tax, Legal & Treasury considerations- Demonstrated effectiveness at navigating the organizational matrix and coordinating with key stakeholders.

In this role, I operated as the Finance Business Partner to the CFO of IPO, Schneider Digital and was responsible for consolidating and reporting the performance of the organization:- Managed the global consolidation team of 2 people- Led communications with external auditors and drove the monthly closing cadence- Implemented new tools and processes for consolidating portfolio actuals, forecasts, gross tonet cost analysis, vendor spend analytics and producing automated reporting.

As a solopreneur, developed a service offer to sell to universities that focused on preparing young graduates for international careers and connecting them with matching job opportunities:- Created a marketing and sales strategy that consisted of both digital and print media- Managed the company back-office activities that included IT, Legal, Finance, Accounting and Tax.

Managed the consolidation and monthly closing, for all IT projects in Europe & Asia:- Simplified and streamlined the processes for transfer pricing, intercompany cross charges, and capitalization- Managed the migration to SAP FICO for corporate in PS and VIM modules.

- Supported the analysis and negotiation of contracts valued over 1 million EUR annual spend- Led RFQ and RFP process for global strategic vendors- Created a headcount reporting system to be implemented in nine countries.

- Developed and introduced a consumer decision tree for Serbian category management, and implemented a process for category analysis and improvement- Performed market and competitor analysis to pinpoint opportunities for private brand and category expansion- Realized global cost savings for multiple operating companies across Southeast Europe, by leveraging group purchasing power and identifying supply chain synergies among private brand products.
