My territory covered Western and Central PA, Eastern OH, Western NY, and the states of Maryland and West Virginia.>Managed a team of 12 outside sales, B2B, professional financial services Account Executives>Hiring, Training, Coaching of all Account Executives>Continued to develop AE's by riding along with them in the field and assisting with statement analysis, presentation development and execution, partnership prospecting, and building networking relationships>Managed the education for new products, services, and company processes>Managed a comprehensive, consultative sales process designed to meet customer needs and close business more effectively>Built Referral Partnerships with VAR's, hardware/software developers, associations, and business networks to expand company reach and provide an alternate channel of lead sources >Conducted daily conference calls and monthly one-on-one's with AE's to track their development, address any shortfalls in education, and create action plans for further success>Daily Conference Calls consisted of sharing best practices among AE's, sharing major weekly wins, and further training on products, services, or processes. Guest Speakers would frequently join to add another more focused perspective
