I have a sound understanding of business processes and performance drivers throughout the mining and mineral processing value chain, and a passion for data based decision-making.I began my career as a Human Resources professional; but have taken a number of opportunities to follow my passion for data and move into increasingly more technical positions. This included implementation and support for HR systems, and then more recently specialising in data and reporting for mining operations.
