My main priorities are:• strategic planning: creating marketing strategy, annual budgets and business development goals• relationship management: fostering direct communication and client satisfaction• coaching and team leadership: empowering my team to build skills and confidence in the fieldMy year is never complete without a family vacation with my wife and three children. There's always so much we learn together—from new foods and cultures to navigating public transportation in another language. In fact, this taught me one of my favorite lessons: it's okay to get a little lost sometimes. It’s the best way to discover new things and figure out new challenges for yourself.
