As the Founder of Iron Tee Golf, I oversee our golf entertainment brand. Our main attraction, a three-tiered, 58-bay golf entertainment venue, with a 10,000 sqft arcade and high-tech mini golf, operates all year round to ensure golf enthusiasts & non-golfers alike can indulge in the sport regardless of the season.My role primarily revolves around team assembly and owner representation, where I've had the opportunity to bring together a dynamic project management and ownership team. Collaborating closely with a crew of architects and engineers, we've been able to successfully shape the design of the venue and guide the development process.Orchestrated of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within our facility, then handed it off to our General Contractor, along with LV/AV systems coordination. My responsibilities extend to leading the procurement of all FF&E, golf equipment, and kitchen and bar equipment, working side by side with various vendors to secure successful installation and operation.Spearheaded the civil design of the range, including target layout and pole and netting coordination. I've also led studies of the parking lot and wind rose to optimize building orientation.Working with low-voltage and A/V contractors to ensure seamless installation and functioning of key amenities such as TV, Wi-Fi, security, and our state-of-the-art trackman ball tracking system.Additionally, I worked hand-in-hand with web developers to launch an Iron Tee splash page and our comprehensive venue web page, ensuring our online presence aligns with the high standards we set for our physical venue.
