• Designed and developed an HR Leave Management System (LMS) leveraging Amazon Web Services to replace on-premise systems; the platform verifies leaves, enables concurrent approvals, and updates timesheets—cutting down back-and-forth emails and manual processing—saving 12 man-days in a month for administrative staff.• Identified and gathered internal and external client requirements, pain points through contextual inquiry and constructed as-is, to-be processes to evaluate solutions.
