Regional Recruiting Manager-West
CurrentIn my role at Wrench Group, I am a location business partner developing and executing sourcing, recruiting and retention strategies to reduce employee attrition and increase hiring all while providing an exceptional balance of drive and commitment. • Driving continuous process improvements; find and solve the bottlenecks in the recruiting process • Collaborate with leadership and colleagues to ensure hiring objectives and requirements are being met • Work with a team of Recruiters in a high volume skilled trades industry providing daily coaching, training and accountability leadership • Implement sustainable recruiting and retention programs to ensure quality talent sticks. • Partner with Senior Leadership to implement Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants • Organize and/or attend career fairs, trade school interactions and other events to drive hiring. • Keep a pipeline of talent to fill positions as the business grows
