Lead several initiatives, including an enterprise-wide user provisioning suite, complete core infrastructure upgrade, and multiple application upgrades, as well as managing several acquisition-related activities including the integration of networks, online banking, core system, intranet and technology risk management processes and procedures. The user provisioning project was nominated for Information Security Executives (ISE) “Project of the Year” for its overall impact and complexity in the Technology Risk field. While at People’s United, I successfully completed “Stepping up to Management” training and obtained my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
