Instructor in the Immersive Program in Entrepreneurship at UC Berkeley Extension, approved to teach three courses: Design Thinking & Prototyping, Innovative Business Models for Entrepreneurs, and Process Modeling & Design. My "Design Thinking & Prototyping" course teaches students how to apply active listening and prototype development to areas such as market research, customer development, MVP design and testing, and business model testing. The course teaches students to employ soft skills to co-develop a customized product or service. Students learn about qualitative and ethnographic interviewing techniques, observation-based analysis and synthesis, customer persona creation, structured ideation processes, rapid prototyping from low- to high-fidelity (Figma), concept testing, iterative design, and much more.
