Senior Graphic Designer
Current• Integral member of in-house marketing team, working closely with account managers,writers, and executive and department leaders to develop creative, effectivecommunications materials in which the synergy of the design and messagereflect the company’s business and culture.• Lead design, development, and execution of marketing materials to support corporateand individual market efforts.• Design company’s outward-facing communiques, such as annual reports and corporateresponsibility reports, integrating photography, financial tables and graphs, andiconography to effectively and at-a-glance showcase business accomplishments.• Supervise rollout of company’s brand campaign, including developing guidelines,updating all collateral, signage and other marketing materials, and reviewingmaterials to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Concept and develop brand awareness, direct mail, advertising campaigns,and milestone celebrations, including the company’s recent 50th year anniversary.• Work on multiple creative projects daily, all with strict deadlines.• Adapt architect-generated CAD files to create usable, meaningful site plansand building layouts.• Create maps and site plans of projects around the country, providing audiences with adetailed visual representation of location and surrounding infrastructure and amenities.• Produce and edit story-telling videos that quickly and creatively communicatemessages about company’s products and accomplishments.• Manage vendor relationships, including printers, photographers, and software providers.
