At EDUCAUSE I lead a team of amazing professionals and collabroate with subject matter experts from higher education to support the design, development, and implementation of a diverse protfolipo of learning programs. I am most excited about innovative learning modalities for professional development and helping our community grow through responsible and intentional leadership. My favorite days are the ones that I get to see the impact we have on someone's career and helping them reach their next goal.

My hope is to always contribute to positive movement in people's individual and collective lives. In this role at CSU, I've enjoyed opportunities to create collaborative partnerships between the large land-grant university and local K12 education systems toward the development of future educators. These partnerships include collaborating with district and school team members to bring the university classroom into the K12 school and immerse candidates in the culture of teaching. Doing so has awarded me the chance to teach courses related to school leadership, diverse learners, and innovation in the classroom for undergraduate, Master's, and PhD candidates. As a researcher, I am fascinated by optimizing the human experience through effective and equitable organizational systems. I love to learn about leadership, human resourcefulness, and innovation for a better world.

As the Fitness Program Coordinator within Campus Recreation, I led and supervised a team of about 30 professionals toward sales and development goals with a budget above $100,000. We revamped the training and development for student leaders in the department by implementing organizational change research including: purpose driven leadership, crucial conversations, career mapping, and role-based skill's. In this role, I hired and on-boarded a new team to eventually transition them on to a new leader at the culmination of my degree program.

As an analyst with the team at Continuum Advisory Group, I was able to contribute research and human resource skills to management consulting clients in the Construction industry. My main role included conducting research toward organizational development.

The opportunity to teach both middle and high school social studies within two full school years opened me to the systemic view of education, early in my career. I was able to find my passion for educational renewal through authentic classroom experience and have continued to learn as a summer school online blended instructor for the past seven summers. I have had the opportunities to collaborate on new course design with the district PE team, contribute to UIP and MTSS systems, and learn the art of building relationships with students for authentic learning.
