I was in charge of the overall media experience for the church. My duties included, but were not limited to, filming and editing, creation of bumper videos, branding packages for sermon series, website graphics, post cards, brochures, logo creation, signage (both digital and print), t-shirt and apparel design, stage design and implementation, door hangers, invite cards, podcast creation/Equalization and normalization.I was challenged to bring new ideas to the table and take the church to the next level aesthetically. I accomplished this by creating announcement videos weekly to replace our normal church announcements and creating fresh stage designs quarterly. I learned how to light for video and capture crystal clear audio as well as syncing the audio from the auxiliary microphones with the video in post. My stage designs were clean and inspired bringing attention and focus to the stage while not overpowering the people in front and on stage.I also became acquainted with DMX lighting and the Jands Vista software for running intelligent lights. I learned how to program/address DMX fixtures and set up scenes and cues in Jands, set the scenes to time delay to cue colors in correspondence with the backgrounds behind the lyrics to the songs.I planned all major services (Easter, Christmas, Nights of Worship, etc.) with the lead team and made sure that they were pulled off with excellence and passion. Incorporated the use of videos and props to aid sermons and captivate the audience.I have created documentation on all areas within my scope that ensure that all tasks on a Sunday morning will go off without a glitch in my absence. Areas include, but are not limited to, sound, lighting, video, stage design, ProPresenter operation, podcast editing, video announcement filming/editing, DMX programming.

As the Graphic Designer for The Church at Polaris, I worked on every aspect of design and branding for the church and the other 2 entities that were part of the church (Polaris Christian Academy and The Gathering Place Polaris). My duties included, but were not limited to, the design and implementation of brochures, packets, letterhead, business cards, name tags, website graphics, sermon series graphics, and flyers.I was in charge of following design from concept through final print. I worked in close conjunction with local printers to assure that the product was printed as intended.One of my major projects every year was a summer camp that included over 700+ teenagers. I was in charge of designing a fresh branding package yearly for the camp which included a website, t-shirts, nametags, logos, brochures, handbooks, and photography. I had the opportunity to work with a local t-shirt company to create some very cool and unique shirts for the camp including embroidered logos and unconventional printinglocations.

As one of the interactive training designers at JPMorgan Chase, I created interactive Flash tutorials and gamesfor the trainers of the department to use to train the IT specialists that assist bankers. I developed anintermediate knowledge of ActionScript 2.0 and a beginner knowledge of ActionScript 3.0
