In 2003, Ryan Magnussen launched Ripe Digital Entertainment (RDE), a global leader in the creation and distribution of short-form video programming and advertising across cable VOD, broadband, and mobile platforms to hundreds of millions of people. As a pioneer in monetizing short-form video content, RDE attracted substantial investments from industry leaders like Time Warner and Hearst. A notable achievement was selling one of the first advertisements on YouTube—a Dodge Durango campaign in March 2005. RDE operated three networks: Ripe, Octane TV, and Flow, each targeting young adult audiences through a variety of media channels, including cable, broadband, and wireless. The company was on the forefront of reshaping on-demand entertainment and advancing innovative advertising models.

The Kanye West and Dr. Donda West Foundation was committed to addressing the severe dropout problem in schools across the United States. By partnering with community organizations, the foundation offers underserved youth access to student-centered music programs that aim to improve literacy, enhance self-worth, promote independent thinking, and facilitate self-actualization through the arts. These programs are designed to empower students, providing them with the tools to succeed academically and personally.

Founded in the early 1990s, Zentropy, Inc. rapidly established itself as a trailblazer among digital agencies in the United States. Within just six years, it rose to prominence as one of the world's largest interactive agencies, making a transformative impact on the development of the early Internet.
