• Conduct training on Asset Protection policies and procedures to groups of associates including store associates, store managers and other district managers.
• Manage all district loss prevention expenses (staffing, equipment, new initiatives.)
• Develop effective partnerships and interact extensively with multiple teams in cross functional areas including District leadership, Store Management, Service Experience, Inventory Accuracy, Risk Team, VIW Team, and.
• Drive, communicate and monitor store participation and provide Asset Protection awareness on security, safety, shrink reduction initiatives and asset protection training topics. Shrink Reduction
• Forecast and problem solve theft related issues and manage complex projects for shrink improvement

Maryland & Virginia

• Develop competency in internal and external investigations, auditing, shortage reduction programs and system controls.
• Management of asset protection staffing for all store locations in the region, including managing payroll and expense to plan.
• Conduct and manage internal and external investigations, internal investigation interviewing, external apprehension programs, audits, shortage reduction programs and system controls.
• Work closely with Regional and Store Management, Human Resources, Legal, Operations and Control on all relevant Asset Protection and Shortage Control matters.
• Monitor and support physical security controls and systems for all assigned locations including CCTV, burglar and fire alarms, electronic article surveillance and emergency systems.
• Contribute to the development of Asset Protection program, supply direction and leadership in starting these new programs and manage training and awareness program for store teams.
