Ryan Marger is a litigation attorney at Bitman O'Brien & Morat, PLLC, focusing on Business and Commercial Litigation, Corporate Counsel Services, Real Estate, Consumer Finance, and Employment Law. Prior to earning his law degree, Ryan worked as a law clerk for an Atlanta, Georgia area firm practicing general civil litigation and white collar criminal defense. When he passed the Florida Bar Exam in 2007, Ryan worked at the Miami law firm Marks & West, P.A. While there, he practiced high-conflict domestic relations law and acted as associate general counsel for a prominent Miami automotive dealership. Ryan later moved to Sanchez-Medina, Gonzalez, Quesada, Lage, Gomez, Machado & Preira, LLP where he continued the practice of high-conflict domestic relations law.He worked on several high-profile cases, including one that involved the Hague Convention on International Child Abduction and resulted in the successful return of an abducted child from South Africa.In 2013, Ryan transitioned to focus on general and complex civil litigation. He conducted hundreds of trials, handled numerous litigated cases throughout the State of Florida, trained witnesses for financial institutions, and served in an advisory role to those institutions regarding legal risks.
