-Manage all areas of business including logistics, development, production, marketing, and wholesale expansion.

- Provide seven retail locations with visual directives on a bimonthly scale; develop retail procedures and manuals to maximize store productivity- Work directly with CEO(s) and Director of Operations to communicate store level needs such as inventory, merchandising technique updates, promotional pitches, as well as new marketing ventures.- Provide detailed reporting based on real time inventory levels to assist in projecting production needs.- Produce content for social media, advertising, and email campaigns.- Communicate price change and marginal increases based on category and consumer behavior.

- Assist Studio Proprietor in executing visual and marketing updates within the largest showroom in the company- Maintain consistent communication with interior design groups and events relative to the trade.- Assist in executing two out of the four yearly events hosted by the studio for clients and trade members.- Facilitate delivery updates, complete invoicing procedures, and create digitalized renderings for clients on a case-by-case basis.

- Conduct store audits on an international scale to ensure retail store standards within any given location align with the appropriate brand representation, merchandising directives, operational guidelines, and HR procedures.- Consult and work directly with headquarters to provide lower performing stores with proper support, guidance, and necessary training to ultimately reach higher profitability margins.- Work directly with CEO, Creative Director, and Director of Retail Standards to establish branding within any given region- Work in creating and implementing retail visual directives for 250+ retail locations gloablly
