Mr. Marrone represents corporations of all sizes from start-ups to Fortune 500 entities. In addition to representing companies in transactional matters, Mr. Marrone developed and implemented a business model for the design, build, operation, and maintenance of solar installations on industrial buildings. The model included revenue generation from power purchase agreements with tenants and the sale of Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SRECs). He continues to provide comprehensive legal counsel to solar integration companies, hedge funds, private equity funds, developers, financial institutions, and property owners for their commercial, industrial, residential, and farm installations. This representation includes obtaining local zoning approvals, preparing and negotiating PPA, SLA, BOT, and other related contracts, the implementation of risk avoidance measures associated with solar installations, and legal guidance in structuring qualifying projects in compliance with Internal Revenue Code ITC and Treasury ARRA 1603 grant regulations.

His areas of practice included General Counsel Services, Corporate and Banking Finance, Business Organizations and Transactions, Commercial & Residential Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use, Foreign Trade Zone, Eminent Domain, and Environmental Law.Mr. Marrone's Zoning & Land Use practice was geared towards handling controversial applications throughout the State of New Jersey.

Direct all legal matters relating to the corporation which designs, builds, operates and manages 16 million square feet of industrial warehouse and office space across the United States. Prepare, implement and oversee the corporate succession plan which involves over 90 corporate entities. Hire outside legal counsel and consultants. Develop strategic plan for growth of the company. Areas of practice include Contract Law, Corporate Governance, Real Estate Law (including leasing, acquisition, and zoning), Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, International Trade, Customs and Foreign Trade Zone Law, Environmental Regulatory Compliance (including experience with CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, TSCA, OSHA, and NJ ISRA), Employment Law, and General Litigation.

Represented a variety of clients in all major aspects of the substantive and procedural processes of zoning and planning law including use variances, subdivisions and related compliance issues. Provided all legal services necessary to bring industrial, commercial and residential building projects to fruition, including appearances before municipal planning and zoning boards throughout the State of New Jersey. Negotiated and draft complex commercial lease agreements.

Served as regional counsel to FCC licensed wireless telecommunications companies providing services to support the extensive range of issues that arise in the siting, lease, title, zoning and build-out process of telecommunications facilities. Represented clients with applications before the Pinelands Commission of the State of New Jersey. Practice included commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Served as General Counsel to the Parking Authority of the City of Hoboken. Handled all aspects of representation associated with a municipal entity including negotiation, evaluation, and drafting of commercial real estate contracts, environmental regulatory compliance required for redevelopment and construction, construction disputes, and the procurement of services pursuant to Local Public Contracts Laws. Represented corporations during local and State bidding processes through appeal. Represented class representatives in complex consumer class action litigation involving TILA, RESPA, RICO and Consumer Fraud Act claims.

Practiced all aspects of civil litigation involving defense of real estate professionals and attorneys in malpractice and fraud actions.
