Supervise Probation and Parole Officers and the operations of the Probation and Parole Services office.Complete Case Management Reviews in order to provide quality assurance.Assist staff with operational inquiries and interpret legislation, policy, and court orders.Liaise with the court, senior managers, and policy makers.Manage client and stakeholder relations.

Provide supervision of offenders on probation, parole, and conditional sentence, including those at highest and/or imminent risk to reoffend.Complete comprehensive assessments of offender risk level and develop a plan to address identified areas of criminogenic risk/need.Facilitate groups that encourage change, such as anger management and anti-criminal thinking.Write reports for the court and Ontario Parole Board.Member of the Critical Incident Stress Management Team, providing services to colleagues who experience an incident of critical stress within the workplace.
