The intern will be responsible for developing potential client leads through the consolidation of proprietary and public databases in combination with other sources of data. The intern will be expected to organize and present key information in Microsoft excel format that can be easily manipulated by sales staff. A proficiency in excel is a pre-requisite. Intern will also assist staff on the evaluation of potential real estate transactions. This piece of the evaluation will focus primarily on the cash flow available for debt service.
