I am a Lead Full Stack Developer, Project Manager, and Scum Master with 15+ years of experience working with clients, C-level and Executive leaders, and team members to help grow business and value through technical expertise and solutions. Currently, I am supporting private clients in a number of Full-Stack development solutions through my business RyboTech. Notably through our use of .NET framework and technologies. My expertise is in process change, and leveraging agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum to help my clients better understand agile methodologies and project management through tools such as Atlassian, Jira, and Confluence.I’ve worked on several remarkable projects, including as apart of L3Harris’s autonomous vehicle program. Where I helped accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality, leading to our project’s timeline 40% faster than any other project within the company. Others include working with PHI Aviation on a multimillion-dollar application and solution that supported real-time updates for helicopters that were currently in the Gulf of Mexico. This was a challenging, but incredibly rewarding project as we designed, mapped out, and integrated scheduling system to check flight hours, pilot training, and other related data to provide a seamless functionality for our client. Finally, outside of my work, I love to stay active, read, and cook. I also love to share and help celebrate through the Festival International de Louisiane, an organization where I am a Board Member. I help oversee and guide the annual celebration of music and arts that honors the French heritage of Lafayette, Louisiana, and its connection to the Francophone world.
