I am a junior Accounting student at Miami University Farmer School of Business, seeking internship opportunities in the Greater Chicago area for the summer of 2025. As a student in Accounting, classes at Miami have developed my proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, SQL, and Python. These challenging courses such as micro and macroeconomics, managerial accounting, and financial accounting have sharpened my critical thinking and problem-solving skills. My coursework outside of the business school has enhanced my EQ, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.Since the beginning of my time at Miami University, I have had the opportunity to work as a Student Assistant for the University, serving as an intramural hockey referee. While I still hold this position, I have greatly benefited from the work by strengthening skills such as confidence, interpersonal communication, and attention to detail. I look forward to using these skills in possible future internships to thoroughly contribute to companies.In the future, I am ecstatic to accumulate and develop more skills through the opportunities Miami University offers.
