As the Director and Senior Exercise Physiologist (EP) of Hunter Rehabilitation and Health (HRH), I lead a team of 14 passionate EPs and support staff who provide exceptional rehabilitation services for a variety of clients, including workers compensation, CTP, life insurance, and NDIS participants. I am proud to have won the 2018 Australian Exercise Physiologist of the Year award for my outstanding clinical outcomes and leadership.My core purpose is to "Educate and Empower all Humans to Move More and Live Better". I achieve this by applying my expertise in cardiac, musculoskeletal, neurological, and metabolic rehabilitation, as well as my skills in communication, rapport building, and exercise therapy. I also share my knowledge and insights as a Business Consultant where I help other health professionals grow their practices and impact more lives. Additionally, I am the founder and host of The EP Growth Podcast and Mentoring Services, where I interview successful EPs and mentors aspiring ones.
