I graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts in film studies as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts in creative writing, with a concentration in fiction, in addition to dual minors in English and psychology.Outside of the classroom, I have attained first-hand experience working with various student and professional film productions in the Wilmington, NC area. Many of these credits are for positions in the lighting, grip, and camera departments. I possess a proficient knowledge of the terminologies, functions, and applications of the equipment used in these departments.I also possess a remarkable skill for creative writing, professional writing, and editing for print, which I have honed for several years. I have put these skills to use in my experience writing for news articles, social media marketing, transcriptions, and other similar mediums.
