-Directed the design and secured entitlements for a $115M, 7-story, 319-unit multifamily development in Salt Lake City, UT.

-Managed the full development process for a $56M, 5-story, 351-bed student housing development in Columbus, OH, including securing 15 years of property tax abatement. Completed in Fall 2023.-Construction management and investor reporting for a $88M, 18-story, 558-bed, student housing development in Austin, TX. Completed and sold in Fall 2021.

-Led design and entitlements for three boutique hotel projects for a combined value of $75M. Worked with operating partner and contractors to create and maintain operating, development, and hard costs budgets. Traveled cross-country to each city for presentations/ meetings with local consultants, municipal staff, and neighborhoods. -Produced applications and worked with municipal and federal staff to secure $22M+ in Industrial Revenue Bonds and $2M in Historic Tax Credits for the ARRIVE Albuquerque hotel.

-Led underwriting for all multifamily projects under supervision of Director of Multifamily. Produced concise recommendation reports for investment committee review resulting in approval of 6 projects worth a combined $225M.-Created Titan’s first private equity fund pitchbook which was used to raise $112M in equity for 21 projects.

-Led development of a $24M, 102-unit, infill multifamily project by analyzing due diligence, reviewing contracts, maintaining design schedule through construction docs, and coordinating with City to secure entitlements and permits.-Oversaw construction management on a $36M, 226-unit, garden-style project by approving change orders and pay apps, conducting bi-monthly site visits, monitoring lease-up, and communicating monthly updates to investors.-Produced applications and worked with municipal staff to secure $80M+ worth of New Market Tax Credits and Metropolitan Redevelopment Bonds for 4 projects. -Assisted in the development and planning of a 12-acre, $120M mixed-use, urban-infill masterplan redevelopment that spanned 5 city blocks in the heart of Albuquerque, NM.-Led $4M renovation and asset management of a Courtyard Marriott that included improvements to 150 guestrooms, 6,000 SF of conference space, and new fitness center/ pool, resulting in increased ADR and event bookings.

-Communicated project status to investors through monthly construction/ leasing updates for five projects worth $160M.-Led branding and created pitch book for Titan’s entry into senior living. -Led consultant team through re-branding of the Elan portfolio by creating demographic positioning, marketing materials, website, and social media accounts.

-Assisted in senior living underwriting for pipeline of nine projects, worth $330M, by researching and traveling to new markets. Produced investment memos to secure financing from external investors and lenders. -Assisted in design, entitlement process, and construction management of a $20M, 86-unit, assisted-living project by maintaining design schedule and coordinating with municipality to secure entitlements and permits.
